Paul Weber is a distinguished Casting Director, Producer, and industry consultant with an impressive career spanning television, film, and digital media. As former in-house Head of Television Casting and consulting Feature Talent Executive at MGM Studios for 16 years, he was instrumental in casting critically acclaimed series such as Stargate, Spartacus: Gods of the Arena, and The Outer Limits, contributing to multiple Primetime Emmy nominations. He was also on the prestigious international casting team for Outlander.

Weber played a pivotal role as a casting consultant for major MGM motion pictures, including Cabin in the Woods, Red Dawn, RoboCop, and the James Bond franchise. After his tenure at MGM, he launched Weber and Assoc. Casting and co-founded One on the Way Productions, focusing on independent films and digital media. His recent projects include Cry from the Sea starring Dominic Cooper and Zombie Town featuring Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase.

Beyond casting, Weber is a dedicated mentor, teaching his acclaimed Art of the Audition, Business of the Art masterclass worldwide. A member of the Casting Society of America and the Writers Guild of America, he continues to shape the entertainment industry as a consultant for Netflix, Hulu, and Starz, among others.

Weber will be a key panel speaker at the Asian Fashion Festival – Heritage Runway on 17 May 2025, in Hawkesbury, NSW, discussing the intersection of fashion and film, talent development, and industry trends. His participation will offer invaluable insights into the evolving entertainment landscape, bridging opportunities between actors, models, and fashion creatives. By mid-year 2025, he will return to Sydney to lead an exclusive acting workshop (date and venue TBA).
